About
OXIGEN

OXIGEN has been a Kazakhstani manufacturer and supplier of calibration gas mixtures (CGM), as well as pure and industrial gases, since 2000.

The company develops and produces gas mixtures for industrial enterprises across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

In its early stages, one of OXIGEN’s key focus areas was the production of inert and rare gas mixtures, such as krypton-xenon, neon-helium, and xenon-nitrogen. The development of this are was made possible by the company’s own scientific research into the extraction and processing of rare gases, as well as the establishment of a full-cycle system for their subsequent distribution.

In 2004, OXIGEN began collaboration with Tengizchevroil LLP, later entering into Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply of pure and industrial gases, as well as calibration gas mixtures.

Today, OXIGEN’s products are supplied to major industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, including Atyrau Refinery, Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery, PetroKazakhstan, CNPC-AktobeMunaiGas, SGS, Heidelberg, Uzkimyosanoat, NavoiyAzot, FerganaAzot, Maxam-Chirchiq, and LUKOIL Uzbekistan.

Primary area of the company’s operations is the development and production of calibration gas mixtures (CGM). These are used for the calibration and verification of analytical equipment, providing the necessary measurement accuracy and process control across various industrial sectors.

Production of Reference Standards in Kazakhstan

In 2024, OXIGEN launched a high-tech production of reference standards in Kazakhstan.

Having its own production site allows the company to maintain control over processes, product quality, and production timelines, while providing the required precision of reference standard technical specifications.

Modern Production Complex

The OXIGEN production complex is equipped with the necessary engineering infrastructure and specialized equipment for the development, production, and quality control of reference standards, including:

  • High-precision ""Chromatec-Crystal 5000.2"" chromatographic system with measurement range of 0.0001% to 99.9% by volume;
  • Next-generation gas mixture generator (GGS-U);
  • Gas-filling manifold with digital display;
  • In-house thermal-vacuum desorption cabinet;
  • Proprietary mixing device.

Quality Confirmed by Expert Assessment

OXIGEN specialists have developed production technology and conducted a comprehensive range of studies to establish the metrological characteristics of reference standards.

Following a state metrological examination, the products received a favorable opinion and were officially entered into the State Register of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
