CGM-NTIROGEN-1

Verification and calibration gas mixtures feature a wide range of component compositions and target component concentrations, facilitating the precise adjustment, calibration, and verification of gas-analytical equipment.

Calibration gas mixtures are used for:

  • graduation, verification, and calibration of Class 2 working standards and high-precision measuring instruments;
  • certification of reference standards at subsequent hierarchical levels.
  • validation of measurement procedures for determining the content of components in gaseous media;
  • accuracy control of measurement results.

Concentration Range

Mixtures are prepared with component molar (volume) fractions ranging from 1×10⁻⁴% to 99.9%.

Standards and Regulations

  • ST RK 2.442 — Procedure for measuring the volume fraction of components in gases and gas mixtures using gas chromatography;
  • ST RK 2352 — Calibration gas mixtures: Technical specifications.
  • Production is based on technical documentation of "JV Oxygen" LLP.

Packaging and Configuration

Cylinder materials:

  • carbon steel and alloy steel;
  • metal-composite cylinders;
  • aluminum cylinders;
  • cylinders with internal lining.

Capacity: from 1 to 50 dm³

Operating pressure: 0,5–15 MPa

Equipment:

  • stainless steel valves (VL-16, VL-16L);
  • brass valves (Cavagna Group S.p.A., VBM-1 [versions 12, 43, 44], or equivalent);
  • protective cap or protective device for 40 dm³ and 50 dm³ cylinders;
  • valve outlet plug;
  • certificate and label in accordance with ST RK 2.180.

Shelf life of the reference standard: 12 months
